Vanilla Sweet Crêpes
Crêpes aromatisées à la vanille
Lovely! Who does not like crêpes! Often, I have an urge for crêpes and this recipe is a real treat on late nights!!! Easy and délicieux!
How to do it:
If you are making the batter with a food processor, do as following:
Add in this order flour, milk, water, eggs, vanilla powder, sugar and butter. Add the rum. Blend well together. Set aside at least for 30mns before you will use the batter.
To make the crêpes, simply take a pan, melt some butter and on high heat, pour a small ladle in the pan. Turn after 2mns, or when golden. Make sure you always check the heat and the crêpes as they cook quickly.
Then fold on a plate.
You can powder with confectioner sugar, and use lemon juice to flavour.

1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1/3 water
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla powder
1 tsp melted butter
2 tblsp sugar
1 tsp rum (optional)
